Our Story
Main Street Bistro was born from a simple belief: great food starts with great ingredients. Chef Maria Santos brings over 15 years of culinary experience to create dishes that honor Southern cooking traditions while embracing modern techniques.
We partner with local farms within 50 miles of Ardmore to source the freshest seasonal produce, meats, and dairy. Every dish on our menu reflects our commitment to quality and our deep connection to the Oklahoma community.
